Thomas J. Gonzales is a highly accomplished professional with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kansas and extensive experience in engineering, procurement, and innovation management across industries such as petrochemicals, data center services, and water technologies. During his tenure at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LP, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and SUEZ, he led engineering teams and managed key accounts, driving significant innovations and strategic growth. Thomas’s expertise includes global process improvements, strategic sourcing, and intellectual property strategies, with a proven track record of fostering strong cross-functional relationships. Currently aspiring to earn his PhD in Chemical Engineering, Thomas is passionate about green chemistry, kinetics and reaction engineering, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics and momentum, heat transfer, and advancing his programming skills in Python, Matlab, Octave, and Fortran.
