Noah Crew

Noah Crew is an undergraduate at the University of Kansas studying chemical engineering. His main research focus has been enzyme catalysis. This has consisted of finding a way to stabilize yeast alcohol dehydrogenase to catalyze the coupled reduction of furfural to furfuryl alcohol and oxidation of ethanol to acetaldehyde. Outside of research,, Noah enjoys lifting weights, spending time with friends, and playing video games.
