Laxmi Prasanna Kasireddy

Laxmi is a graduate student in the Department of Chemical and Petroleum Engineering at the University of Kansas. Her academic interests lie in catalysis, enzyme-mediated reactions, and sustainable chemical processes. Her current project explores the selective reduction of n-butyraldehyde using enzymatic catalysis, focusing on reaction selectivity and sustainability. Outside of research, Laxmi enjoys learning about molecular interactions, sustainable engineering, and process design.
