Congratulations, Dr. Samir Castilla

We proudly introduce Dr. Samir Castilla, who defended his Ph.D. in April 2026. Samir's research focused on the production of linear diacids from biomass-derived furanic molecules using metal-supported and metal-metal oxide catalysts. He will continue his career as a Research Professor at Kansas State University. We congratulate Dr. Castilla on this outstanding achievement and wish him continued success in his future endeavors.
