Tristan R. Myers
School of Engineering - Chemical & Petroleum EngineeringTristan Myers is a freshman studying chemical engineering at the University of Kansas. His work in the Allgeier Group involves analyzing the porosity and diffusivity of various materials in suspension using the MQ-20 TD-NMR, manufactured by Bruker. In the future, this project might expand to include collaboration with KU's biomedical research programs. Outside of classes and research, Tristan is involved in KU's chapter of Engineers Without Borders as its Domestic Program Coordinator. He is considering adding a math minor to his undergraduate studies and possibly continuing into graduate school to earn a PhD.
